I'm cutting my hair to save lives.
Every day, 49 Australian men are diagnosed with prostate cancer.
In October of 2022 my Opa was one of those 49 men. He was diagnosed with late-stage prostate cancer that had spread to his liver and bones. He died in June the following year, he was only 63, and had just retired.
I have been growing my hair ever since his diagnosis, and I want to spread awareness by raising funds for prostate cancer research, and cutting and donating my hair to Wigs4Kids.
