Tony Pasin MP’s Big Aussie Barbie

By Tony Pasin

I'm saving lives.

Since 2016, I have been holding the Big Aussie barbecue each September to support our local Prostate Cancer Support Group and the PCFA in raising awareness and funds.

I was first inspired to start this event after attending the PCFA’s Big Aussie Barbie at Parliament House, Canberra, in 2015.

About one in seven men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime, and over 3000 lives are lost each year to this disease.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community and the hard work of the local Prostate Cancer Support Group, we have been able to raise thousands of dollars for the PCFA. But more importantly, the barbecues have sparked hundreds of conversations about early detection, which could ultimately save lives.

Please support the team that can save lives by making a tax-deductible donation to my campaign in support of the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia.
