At 44, Ross was a fit, healthy husband and father of four boys, living a busy life as deputy principal of a local high school. Then a routine check-up changed everything.
“I had no symptoms,” Ross recalls. “When I got the call my world turned upside down.”
He was diagnosed with Stage 3 prostate cancer in April.
When you’re working, raising a young family and trying to hold everything together…my wife and I found that really hard.”
Ross was introduced to the PCFA website by his specialist nurse and found practical guidance, videos, and information tailored to men recently diagnosed. He says the online resources became a major part of his successful recovery.
