Every day, 79 Aussie men are diagnosed with prostate cancer. In 2022, I was one of them. Thankfully, mine was found early, and after several tests and surgery, I can now put this behind me.
This August and September, I’ll be taking on the challenge of riding my motorcycle around Australia to raise funds for men and families impacted by a prostate cancer diagnosis. From game-changing research to specialised mental and physical care, there’s so much more we can—and must—do to save the lives of the men we love.

The Route is Set!
Monday 23rd Feb
After thirty years on my bucket list, this trip is finally happening—I’ll be travelling roughly 15,500 km solo around this incredible country on my motorcycle, raising funds for prostate cancer research along the way.
The journey kicks off in Brisbane, heading north to Townsville before turning west toward Mount Isa and up to Darwin. From there, I’ll continue west through Lake Argyle, the Bungle Bungles, and Broome, then follow the stunning west coast down via Exmouth, Monkey Mia, and Kalbarri, eventually rolling into Perth for a well‑earned bike service.
Having explored the southwest a few years ago, I’ll cut east from Perth toward Wave Rock before heading down to Albany to spend time with family. From there, I’ll swing by Esperance to see its famous turquoise beaches, then cross the mighty Nullarbor on the way to Adelaide. The route then winds through Mount Gambier and across to Melbourne to catch up with more family—with a detour along the Great Ocean Road, because how could I not?
Next, I’ll turn northeast to tick off the obligatory lap (or two) of Bathurst and visit the iconic Parkes radio telescope, before spending a few nights with my son and finally making my way back home.
It’s going to be a challenge, and things may not always go to plan—but that’s all part of the adventure. This really is a trip of a lifetime, and I’m incredibly grateful to use it as an opportunity to support a cause that means so much.
