A Big Weekend of fundraising

Monday 17th Aug
FNQ Long Riders Father's Day Raffle tickets stall on Saturday followed by the Sunday Lunch Meat Tray Raffle at The Fairfield.
Over $500 raised for the cause. Thanks to all ticket purchasers for their support and encouragement.

If you missed out of Father's Day Raffle Tickets this weekend, please catch up with me at Parkside Plaza next Saturday morning between 8:30am and 1pm. 

Another Sunday - another fundraiser

Sunday 16th Aug
Our Sunday lunchtime meat-tray was a huge success today. Thanks to the Patrons of The Fairfield for their support. We raised $312 for PCFA. 

Fundraising Raffles

Sunday 9th Aug
Many thanks to the Management and Patrons of The Fairfield for supporting our fundraising efforts as we head towards The Long Ride to Tassie in March. Our first two meat trays have profited a total of $423 for Prostate Cancer Foundation.

Many thanks to Dean Geiszler for filling in for me on the fundraising BBQ at Bunnings on the weekend whilst we were away on a TRMCC event. Thanks to our local Long Ride Delegate Mick Marshall and the rest of the FNQ Long Ride Team for your efforts as well.
Another couple of hundred dollars raised for the battle against Prostate Cancer. Very proud to be a supporter of Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia
Great news out lately that awesome headway is being made in the battle against Prostate Cancer but there's still a long way to go and any help you can provide is much appreciated. I am sure we all know and love men who have been impacted by this insidous disease.
Just a note re The Long Ride - all participants cover all costs associated with participating in the The Long Ride with 100% of the funds raised going straight to the cause. We get to enjoy our love of Motorcycling while raising awareness and encouraging men to get tested as well as raising some funds to enable PCFA to continue their great work.

Fundraising Begins

Tuesday 2nd Jun
Well, we have launched the countdown to The Long Ride 2027. The FNQ team will leave Townsville on 8 March next year bound for Tasmania to raise funds and promote awareness regarding Prostate Cancer. All proceeds from this event go to PCFA. Last year my journey was cut short so we are on the go again to "get her done".
